As a Physical Therapist, what you’ll do:
Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards.
Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and that are realistically attainable.
Participate as assigned in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintains professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training
As a Physical Therapist, what you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Current licensure (or provisional license as allowable by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act) with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy required
Excellent interpersonal skill and ability
Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy
