Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

HTS is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN, as needed basis at a senior living facility in North Manchester, Indiana. As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders on an as needed basis. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare workers to develop individualized treatment plans that improve communication and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapy to patients to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
