Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for some of the largest change initiatives across USA Logistics as well as driving smaller projects. This position will secure a successful deployment of the logistics strategy and provide input to its development.
Location:
This position will ideally be located in the Orlando, FL area.
Primary Functions:
Drive development and improvement projects in order fulfillment and distribution. This includes developing and managing detailed project plans. Partner with key stakeholders to identify, develop and implement market relevant applications and improvements. Facilitate effective meetings with project teams and process owners; and deliver informative, well-organized presentations. Drive constant focus of best practices, knowledge sharing and standardization. Partner with global team ensuring coherent solutions and standards to improve productivity. Researches and analyzes core business processes to identify gaps and recommends improvement areas for the organization's performance and efficiency. Responsibility for annual budgeting of expenses and performance to budget. Monthly Salary Range:
$7930 - $9915 compensation based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
Qualifications:
An Associates Degree is required. A minimum of five years of experience in logistics is required. Applied computer skills in MS Office is a must. Proficiency in ERP system transactions preferred. A working knowledge of RF Smart, data collection system, would be beneficial. Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. Must demonstrate advanced analytical skills in combination with business insights and understanding. Applied experience with change management is a must. Must present a positive and professional appearance. Must possess an overall good work record and desire to work in a team environment.
