The role

We’re looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, to help foster the rapid growth of HelloFresh. You can expect to find a diverse and skilled team of Talent Acquisition Partners, with an agile mindset, that relies on data-driven decisions and is encouraged to work with autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of our executive end-to-end recruitment funnel: from creating a productive collaboration with your stakeholders, advising them on hiring strategies, all the way to executing sourcing, interviewing and closing.
  • Create creative executive sourcing strategies, while engaging hiring teams to get the most of our referral program
  • Develop solid working relationships with hiring teams and hiring managers, across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor/partner in everything related to executive hiring
  • Drive and deliver projects that’ll innovate and improve our ways of executive hiring, from process excellence, employer branding, executive candidate experience, and many others. 
  • Proactively mentor and help others: you value sharing knowledge through different approaches - from training, workshop and offering a helping hand! 

What you'll bring

  • Experience in managing all stages of the executive recruitment process, from early stages of role definition with hiring manager, all the way to offer/close, being able to keep a healthy candidate pipeline at all times.
  • Background working either in-house or agency hiring, ideally in growth environments 
  • Ability to analyse and identify areas of improvement in process and skill set within the team, and use data to support your ideas and tell a story
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude. You're happier when you're improving the world around you
