The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting and selecting the best candidates who will thrive in our collaborative, friendly culture. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also a creative individual who can meet the ongoing recruitment demands of Intelerad.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews and verifying references for potential new hires

  • Participate in the development of recruitment strategies by proposing innovative solutions to help source and attract candidates who have the key competencies we are looking for and the potential to grow

  • Provide feedback and coaching to managers on all aspects related to attracting talent, from the initial understanding of their needs to the planning of the integration of new employees, in order to help them build highly performing teams

  • Work in close collaboration with HR business partners in order to align recruitment activities to the HR needs and challenges of their client groups

  • Stay informed about best practices and tools available related to attracting and selecting talent


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 2-5 years of technical recruitment experience, ideally within the IT industry

  • Strong computer skills including experience using MS Office products

  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand clinical radiology workflow

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Strong understanding of social media and its importance the recruitment process

  • Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication (in both English and French), influencing and presentation skills
