THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help find the right talent to support our organization’s mission. This person is self-motivated, results-orientated, a strong problem solver, and a true talent partner.  You will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to strategize, plan, and launch new roles
  • Promote our employer brand through interactions with candidates
  • Partner in improving and maintaining an efficient and effective hiring process
  • Build a strong diverse talent pipeline
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from establishing the job requisition, securing approvals, clarifying the role, intake with the hiring manager, source, screen, interview and secure/close the offer.
  • Maintain basic recruiting metrics in order to inform recruiting and hiring strategy in partnership with the Leader for HR.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • A deep understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for all technical roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, advise and influence outcomes
  • Proven ability to understand organizational issues and manage change
  • Excellent project management skills; the ability to organize, set and manage priorities and meet competing deadlines
  • Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and LinkedIn recruiter
  • A team player with demonstrated collaboration skills

About Khan Academy

A personalized learning resource for all ages Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.
