The Opportunity at Komodo Health

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to collaborate with and support our Recruiters as we scale rapidly across our sales organization. This person will utilize various methods and systems to consistently identify and engage with top sales talent across the country to meet our hiring goals and provide a stellar candidate experience. This will be a contract position for 3 months, with the potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent role on the team. 

Looking back on your engagement at Komodo Health, you will have:

  • Partnered with multiple Recruiters to maintain a steady pipeline of top talent for our sales teams
  • Developed creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates who bring capabilities and perspectives needed to round out our teams 
  • Utilized LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools to identify, reach out to and network with qualified candidates
  • Sold the opportunity to work in a variety of revenue roles with Komodo Health to passive talent and bring them into the interview process
  • Provided a stellar experience to candidates and hiring teams

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • Experience identifying sales talent in a corporate or agency setting
  • Organizational and communication skills to manage a large set of candidates, action items, and priorities
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (required) and experience sourcing from online communities, events, and other platforms 
  • Inquisitive and solutions focused approach to partnering with Recruiters and hiring leaders
  • Preferred experience sourcing or recruiting for SaaS companies; bonus points for experience in the healthcare technology industry
  • Experience with an ATS, ideally Greenhouse
