Lyft is seeking a Technical Sourcer focused on Product. You will develop deep relationships within Product to better understand the ideal profiles, and be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing the top-of-funnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of uncovering hidden gems through creative means, and building a network of qualified talent. You will also act as a Talent Advisor to your recruiting partners and hiring managers and help develop our hiring strategy for Product within the Rideshare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact within the organization
  • Creatively build a talent pipeline for Product roles that goes beyond the standard LinkedIn approach
  • Measurably impact sourcing and hiring efficiency with a metrics driven approach to funnel conversion and ultimately, introduce candidates into the process that will ultimately accept Lyft’s offer
  • Leverage a passion for understanding and engaging diverse talent
  • Stay versed in tech trends and news in order to act as our competitive intelligence authority
  • Provide reports for recruiters and business teams, and uses data to constantly iterate on the approach
  • Build innovative and highly effective referral programs, strategically plan and execute impactful events and manage regular sourcing campaigns that actually work
  • Champion Lyft, our values, and the Rideshare organization to potential candidates

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical sourcer, Product experience is a plus
  • Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates, with the ability to convert them to interested candidates
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize their workload based on business needs
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Passion to learn about industry trends and the latest sourcing tools
  • A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, open-source communities and conferences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex roles to prospects, be resourceful, and self-motivate
