A phenomenal opportunity exists within our Talent Acquisition Operations team as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead. This role works collaboratively to execute robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent. This individual will provide hiring managers and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing strong, diverse pipelines of talent. S/he will develop a deep understanding of the business and related talent strategies, strong knowledge of the external talent landscape, the ability to quickly identify and understand multiple talent pools, build and execute innovative sourcing strategies, and have a data-driven approach. As a Sourcing Lead, you understand how to source and attract hard-to-fill, high-volume talent using programmatic advertising, complex job search engine campaigns, and niche boards. You will also develop and communicate competitive strategies to acquire quality talent allowing us to gain market share and ensure ongoing growth at above industry rates. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the sourcing process from search, initiating candidate relationship to qualifications.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to assess talent requirements, build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, drive and manage candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented diverse teams.
  • Establish a deep understanding of role requirements and business strategy, while shepherding a memorable candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Expand pipelines through execution of strategic research, Boolean search strings, sourcing campaigns, market mapping via multiple sourcing channels, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain data integrity, using internal ATS to track and analyze pipeline activity proactively sharing updates and insights with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience in sourcing or a full-cycle recruiting position with an emphasis on research and/or passive sourcing, leveraging industry-standard tools; thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques to ensure diversity of candidates. An understanding of market trends and competitor insights, including the latest talent flows.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, inclusive of Boolean, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate prospecting, and innovative social media sourcing strategies; with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates.
  • Experience leading and driving strategic sourcing initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
  • Ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Working knowledge of common visa categories and their application (TN, H1-B, E3, etc.)
  • 4+ years’ experience in a SaaS or software product environment.
  • CIR or CDR certification.
  • Experience with iCIMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
