The Role

The Recruiting Coordinator Lead will provide administrative support and management for the Talent Acquisition Team's coordination. Handling requests in a timely and sensitive manner. Responsibilities include: creating a talent acquisition coordination team, managing the VP’s and AVP’s calendar, coordinating meeting materials, apprising of issues prior to meetings, composing and generating routine and some complex correspondence, assisting division staff with meetings and events, and assisting with other special projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator - ideally with a healthcare consulting or healthcare technology background. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Calendars
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills - high level of initiative, motivation, independent judgment, decision-making, and commitment to precision and accuracy.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • A high level of confidentiality, cooperative spirit, positive public relations manner, and dedication are also important.
  • Strong administrative skills - the ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priorities efficiently, professionally and with minimum supervision; work autonomously as well as part of a team; and build solid relationships and trust with colleagues.
  • Attention to small details.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.

Nice to Have's

  • Technically savvy with a desire to learn new programs, apps and systems.Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
