**Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (Contract)**at Allbirds

* Be the filter for every retail project that comes into the creative studio. Ensure you have the right information to kick off each project, and then assign the right resource and milestones. Be able to reference and report on where the project is at, and what the next steps are at all times.* Work with the Associate Director of Global Marketing Operations, Associate Director Global Visual Merchandise and Retail Operations stakeholders to develop the go-to-market plan for major marketing campaigns and new store openings. Then create the creative roadmap that is aligned to these and hold everyone accountable to sticking to these dates.* Partner with the New Store Opening (NSO) team to help implement foundational Brand messaging and storytelling; obsess and improve the NSO process from store design to opening photoshoot* Lead the retail creative team to develop and then maintain retail design systems that can be implemented in new store openings as well as maintaining the entire retail fleet* Facilitate all translations for our global retail fleet, working with local translation teams in market* Ensure all assets are delivered on time and on budget for the Market Readiness GTM meeting.* Be a brainstorm partner to the marketing, creative and in-market teams when needed.* A proactive go getter that makes things happen.
