We are seeking a technically skilled individual to join our growing team as a
Technical Support Engineer
for Data and Email Products. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our Data and Email solutions for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients facing technical challenges and will work diligently to resolve issues and answer their questions.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients using our data, email and emerging solutionsConfigure and manage internal systems to ingest, analyze and deliver custom datasets to clientsTroubleshoot technical issues and identify root causesConfigure and integrate our products with client-side systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesConduct training sessions for clients on our productsEscalate complex issues to senior engineers and product development teamsContribute to the improvement of our support processes and toolsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing technology industryQualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a technical support roleExperience is working with and analyzing large data sets utilizing SQL and Python toolsExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsProficient communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDeep attention to detail and commitment to providing top customer serviceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 1 day per week (Wednesday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one "Work from Anywhere" week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $70,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $110,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
