Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities
**Requirements Gathering and Analysis:**Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to capital markets activities.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.**Data Analysis and Reporting:**Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex financial data, identifying trends and patterns.Generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes within the capital markets domain.**Risk Management:**Work closely with risk management teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with capital market operations.Develop strategies to enhance risk identification, monitoring, and reporting processes.**Regulatory Compliance:**Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting capital markets and ensure compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement and maintain regulatory requirements.**System Integration:**Interface with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems into existing capital market operations.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.**Performance Metrics and KPIs:**Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the success of capital market initiatives.Regularly assess and report on the performance of capital market processes, identifying areas for improvement.**Training and Documentation:**Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate team members on capital market processes and best practices.Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets domain.Strong understanding of financial instruments, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.Proven experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems in the capital markets space.
