Overview
A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Admin to support their Houston office. They will be supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and other onsite hardware issues. They will be the "go to" person for all IT problems at this site. This person needs to be a solution provider and help continue to streamline processes. This person will be able to build their career and grow with the company.
When they are not supporting the office locally, they will be traveling to new acquisition sites to help move them over to current technology.

Required Skills & Experience
* 1-2+ years' desktop support experience
* Strong customer service skills and follow through on tickets and issues
* Experience supporting a Windows environment
* Experience working with 0365
* Experience setting up (config and image) Desktops and Laptops, as well as troubleshooting issues with laptops and workstations
* Experience supporting printer issues local as well as network printers
* Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues -- IP config/computer won't connect to printer/wireless connectivity
* Experience supporting office applications
* Previous wireless support
* Any experience supporting AV equipment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting executive level leadership
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
