Title: Documentation Specialist
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Flexible hours within working hours (9-3 Core hours)
Description:
- This position is NonExempt.
- Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
- Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence.
- Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system.
- Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request. 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience with document changes.
- Experience with Change packages.
- Change management area experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- No specific documentation management tool experience required as they use APLM, but if they have previous experience in doc management, that would be helpful as the concepts should translate in general.
