Hybrid 3 days in, 2 days remote; work day is 8-5 M-F;Note:
As needed weekend/holiday/off-hours support may be required.Job Details:Person will be supporting day to day operations for ERP replacement project, operational support & troubleshootingDay in the life:
first line of defense for users, interfacing with stakeholders, would need to facilitate communication with good customer service skills, attend meetings and collaborate with team members on escalations. This person would also support change control process. They will be using email, chat, hallway conversations and NOT using a ticketing system for this day-to-day support.Team composition:
interfacing w/global teams, associate directors, working with SAP Center of ExcellenceTop 3 must haves: 3+ years hands on experience w/SAP ECC, 4 years Cell & Gene experience, GMP experienceTop 3 nice to haves:
has worked in a global organization before, ability to train a super user communityJob description:This position is responsible to support and optimize SAP solutions for CAR-T Cell and Gene manufacturing and IT systems for the Morris Plains production facility.Provide operational support of SAP manufacturing, quality, logistics processes and SAP-MES integration for the efficient, effective and reliable operation for all stakeholders.Train and build the Super User community network for better operational supportProvide user input for the design of system functionality, test cases and business scenariosWork closely with Global teams to implement global solutions at production facilityEnsure that the systems supporting the process are in compliance with Novartis standardsEnsure overall alignment within technical solution and teamsMaintain close working relationships with site cross functional teamsSupport the operational change control processInterface with external vendors to make sure that business needs are metMinimum requirements:Education Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other Life Sciences/engineering.Languages: Fluent in EnglishExperience:At least 4 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (including a detailed knowledge of BPO Processes, GxP, Compliance Regulations);Comprehensive experience in commissioning and start-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants;Strong customer and supplier relationship management experience;Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company;Strong influencing and negotiation skillsGood verbal, written and communication skills.
