Job Duties:
Facilitate new hire onboarding processDevelop, update and communicate HR policies and proceduresAdhere to HR policies and legal requirementsCoordinate training programs for employees and managersContribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practicesSource candidates, screen resume, and coordinate interviewsAct as the point of contact for employee inquires, concerns, and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years experience as a HR Coordinator in a manufacturing environmentBilingual in English/SpanishStrong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office
