We are a high growth company looking to build a strong team to support the growth.What you will do:We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our third-party logistics company. As a key liaison between clients and our logistics operations, you'll be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the supply chain process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of logistics operations, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to streamline processes, track shipments, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Responsibilities will include:Manage incoming inquiries from clients regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and respond via e-mail/phone in a timely manner.Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.Schedule inbound containers/outbound truckloads and record on container scheduling log and daily shipping logManage information in the WMS (3PL Central), including, allocating inventory to orders, confirming and printing labels, and closing out orders with all documentation saved (BOL) and pertinent billing information noted.Requirements:2 Years experience at a 3PL / with WMSMicrosoft Outlook, Excel and Word ProficientRouting Experience to Major Retailers (TJX, Walmart etc.)Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)Proficient in Customer Service and communication both Verbally and WrittenOrganized and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on-site in Redlands CA (remote option not available)
