We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People and Talent team that has experience sourcing and closing top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle Talent Brand Ambassador/Recruiter for Firstup. Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers ensuring a world-class Firstup recruiting experience and representing the core values of the company. 
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts for Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience
  • Establish and cultivate positive and effective business partnerships with Firstup hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team colleagues 
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies 
  • Creative sourcing of candidates as needed 
  • Review applications and screen candidates to confirm basic minimum qualifications, skills, interest, job fit, salary expectations, etc. 
  • Sells the opportunity and competitive negotiation with candidates 
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to continually develop and enhance recruiting programs, policies, processes, and tools 
  • Demonstrate knowledge in our business and be able to answer candidate and employee questions primarily around HR related areas.

Critical Success Factors

  • 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
