About the job

This position is needed to help us scale our R&D Talent functions, specifically partnering with our Senior Engineering Leaders to hire Principal SWEs and Architects across their organizations. You should excel at juggling multiple priorities, flourish handling a large req load, and thrive at going above and beyond. You should be driven by technological curiosity, and understand how R&D roles are a key part of business success. You also know that providing an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant is crucial to our ability to attract great talent.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll:
    • Partner with business leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies.
    • Whether it’s finding a candidate’s dream job or counseling a leader on the best course of action, seek to understand the customer’s perspective and needs and place those needs first.
    • Build strong relationships across all functions and customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, and with candidates) that will create great outcomes.
    • Take the lead on partnering with business leaders to build a hiring and diversity strategy. Ensure a flawless candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence.
    • Be creative and innovative. Help us build the roadmap of best in class hiring for the future.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years experience in a recruiting role, preferably at a high-growth, technology (software) SaaS companies; Demonstrated experience as a player coach.
  • Build strategic plans to grow our diverse talent pools, and help your recruiters to expand beyond the normal channels to discover great candidates.
  • Experience using data to inform recruiting funnel metrics and managing pass through ratios to successful outcomes. 
  • Ability to partner with peers and leaders in other locations to facilitate delivery of the global recruiting plan

Desired:

  • 2+ years experience in a senior engineer recruitment capacity and player/coach role; you will be working with several world class talent sourcers

Location 

This role will be remote, USA. No travel required.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $90,320-$135,480.00
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
