Position Summary Barton Malow Builders, working on large sports projects in Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville, is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer for our Memphis, TN location to support the Liberty Bowl project. This role involves overseeing project quality, compliance, budgets, and schedules. Requirements include a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management, 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive safety mindset. Company:

11301 Key Job Responsibilities: Ensure all work complies with project quality standards and is properly documented. Ensure construction aligns with client and company policies, procedures, and standards. Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of personnel and subcontractors on assigned projects. Manage estimates, review project proposals, establish schedules, and allocate resources. Coordinate review of submittals and verify compliance with design. Manage project budgets and control requirements. Support weekly and monthly project reporting. Assist in preparing plans, specifications, reports, and services during construction. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Compile turnover documentation, including O&M manuals. Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to project team members. Participate in company initiatives and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction. Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, And Abilities: 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and maintain focus on repetitive tasks. Excellent communication skills. Experience leading construction teams and subcontractors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred. Experience in automotive market projects is highly preferred.
