Job Description
Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k - Responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay within budget, on schedule, and meet high-quality standards.
- Handle client communications, ordering materials, and scheduling.
- Oversee financials, including budgets and costs, ensuring accurate project tracking.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, lead carpenters, and other stakeholders to maintain project flow.
- Report directly to the Director of Construction.
- Work primarily within the Greater North Shore area (Andover, Topsfield, Lawrence, Southern NH, and Southern Maine)
The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k -Will have
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end construction.
- Background in commercial or high-end residential construction with projects valued up to $12M.
- Proficiency in Procore and strong computer skills for project management.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, schedules, and project operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Project Manager - High End Custom Homes - $165k - Will receive
- Project Manager: $125,000-$145,000
- Senior Project Manager: $145,000-$165,000
