Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance, policy changes, claims, and billing. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Salary plus commission/bonus Profit sharing Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency Requirements Successful track record of meeting sales goals is preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening) Self-motivated and able to work in a team Ability to multi-task; position may require irregular hours If motivated to succeed, please complete our application.
