This position will be hybrid in Cary, NC . The Cloud DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructures. Responsibilities for the Cloud DevOps Engineer: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring cost efficiency. Plan infrastructure capacity and throughput to accommodate processing of large volumes of data; diagnose and eliminate performance bottlenecks. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Deployment Manager to automate and manage infrastructure deployments. Establish and enforce security protocols, Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, and compliance measures to protect data and meet organizational requirements. Qualifications for the Cloud DevOps Engineer: Cloud-native application architecture and deployment Strong proficiency with administering and maintaining Kubernetes clusters Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible for managing infrastructure and applications Strong experience with (IaC) tools, including Terraform and GCP-native Deployment Manager Expertise in security practices, IAM policies, and compliance requirements for cloud environments Compensation for the Cloud DevOps Engineer: Salary Range: $145,000-185,000 Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 6/18/2025.
