Project Manager
to oversee construction projects that meet our clients' standards and objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, particularly with government projects, and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex project demands, ensuring construction activities are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with government officials, contractors, and Arctic Peak Management to ensure project success while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include comprehensive reporting and documentation to promote transparency and accountability. Success in this role also depends on fostering a collaborative work environment and advocating for best practices in construction management. This senior position demands hands-on leadership, team management skills, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion with a positive impact on customers. Participate in estimation, kick-off meetings, partnering, pre-construction, design development, and coordination meetings during the project lifecycle. Ensure construction begins only after design finalization and approval of submittals. Manage a team of professionals, including safety managers, schedulers, estimators, project controllers, quality control managers, and site superintendents. Oversee all project phases from identification and estimation to execution and closeout, including final walks and as-built drawings. Engage subcontractors in financial and execution decisions to meet contract specifications. Manage multiple projects, ensuring cost control and timely delivery within budgets and schedules. Ensure contract modifications are properly scoped, estimated, and scheduled. Maintain and distribute project schedules, including short-term and long-term plans. Prioritize safety and quality assurance across all sites. Develop and maintain client relationships and team credibility to attract new work. Participate in weekly and monthly on-site meetings with government stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications are highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in Federal projects. Deep knowledge of Federal contracts, safety standards, and regulations. Ability to work on active construction sites for extended periods. Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and Teams; timely responses are critical. Proficiency in reading and understanding construction documents and blueprints. Certifications such as PMP are highly preferred. Knowledge of Federal and State codes, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI standards, and local building codes. Software skills: MS Word, Excel, Autodesk, MS Project/Primavera, Revit, estimating tools, Cognos, SharePoint, Bluebeam, Nitro, ProCore, USACE RMS, Kahua, among others. Job ID:
