Duties
- Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.

- Provide strategic advice to clients on transactional matters.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of M&A and private equity experience.
- Experience in an Am Law 100 firm.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the resident office jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission or eligibility in the jurisdiction of the resident office.
