Corporate Director of Business Development & Operations
to guide strategy, growth, and operations across its Home and Community and Rehab Services programs. This is a
newly created executive role
designed for a changemaker ready to shape the future of community-based care for older adults. Why You’ll Love This Role: Direct impact on community health Lead high-performing teams across Adult Day, Outpatient Rehab, Behavioral Health, and more Drive business development, launch new initiatives, and build lasting partnerships Receive outstanding benefits: pension, healthcare, vacation, and an annual bonus What You’ll Do: Oversee day-to-day operations and quality outcomes across programs Develop innovative care solutions that address unmet community needs Partner with business development teams to launch and operate new services Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement continuous improvement plans Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Inspire and mentor leaders across care programs to achieve excellence Champion a person-centered, values-based culture in everything you do We’re Looking For: 5+ years of senior or regional leadership experience A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and regulatory fluency Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Business Administration required; Master’s preferred A collaborative leader with a passion for aging services and community impact Vision, agility, and a people-first mindset Make a difference where it matters most.
