Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 base salary

We proudly serve national retailers, dealers, and e-commerce marketplaces with high-quality, design-forward products for the bath and wellness space.
About The Role
We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with our top national retailers, e-commerce platforms, and PRO dealers. This is a high-impact role focused on driving performance across our bath and durable goods categories—especially tubs—and launching new programs with strategic accounts.
You’ll work closely with buyers, supply chain teams, logistics, and internal departments to ensure operational excellence and profitable growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow key accounts across Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Wayfair, Menards, Ferguson, Amazon, and DTC platforms.
- Lead program launches in tubs, shower systems, cold plunge, saunas, and spa goods.
- Manage product approvals, category expansion, and shelf space growth at major retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, dealer partners, and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate promotions, bulk PO campaigns, and dealer engagement with PRO retailers like Ferguson.
- Oversee CommerceHub and EDI order flows, compliance, and backend processes.
- Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure fill rate and shipping KPIs are met.
- Manage pricing, listings, and backend cleanups across Amazon, Wayfair, and Home Depot.
- Launch SKUs across platforms with accurate content, pricing, and cross-functional support.
- Build and maintain Excel-based profitability reports, pricing models, and sales trackers.
- Work with Finance on P&L review, SOP updates, and margin protection.
- Travel to trade shows, dealer summits, and key retail meetings as needed.
- Proven experience managing key accounts (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Wayfair, Menards, Ferguson, etc.)
- Durable goods background with multi-SKU management
- Strong e-commerce knowledge (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, DTC platforms)
- Home Depot experience managing fill rates, on-time shipping, and vendor scorecards
- Direct experience working with Lowe’s buyers and account teams
- Dealer promotion execution and bulk PO programs with retailers like Ferguson
- CommerceHub and EDI experience for order management
- Proven success managing corporate buyer, dealer, and supply chain relationships
- Coordination with warehouse and logistics to support on-time shipping
- Experience supporting Customer Service order resolution
- ERP/EDI team collaboration to manage order accuracy
- Track record launching new products and SKUs across retail and online accounts
- Strong Excel and reporting skills (pricing sheets, margin analysis, dashboards)
- Experience performing content and pricing clean-ups across marketplaces
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage bulk POs with PRO retailers
- Minimum one year per role (no short-term/consulting roles)
