4 Customs Operations Specialists , each responsible for different functional areas, to ensure smooth customs processes, accurate documentation, and compliance with regulations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Documentation & Accounting Management Manage customs-related documentation, including receipts, work orders, and invoices Prepare and file commercial invoices and other required customs records Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting 2. Material Import & Return Manage import materials and bonded-zone operations Prepare periodic bonded-zone reports and reconciliation statements Handle exceptions and support customs audits 3. Finished Goods Export & Domestic Sales Handle export documentation for finished goods, including bonded and tax-exempt products Prepare bonded-zone periodic reports and declarations Support bonded inspection and compliance audits 4. Equipment Import & Management Support production equipment bonded operations, including transfer and post-use management Coordinate with engineering and OPM to fulfill equipment movement requirements Ensure proper recordkeeping and compliance with bonded-zone regulations General Responsibilities (All Roles) Ensure customs compliance with U.S. CBP regulations and company SOPs Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customs-related issues Provide timely and accurate customs services to internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience : Minimum

1 year of customs or trade compliance experience

(import/export, bonded-zone operations preferred) Language :

Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred

(daily communication with cross-border teams) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good teamwork, problem-solving, and cross-department communication skills Familiarity with bonded-zone systems or Customs 3.0 systems is a plus Why Join Us?
