Assist clients with both simple and complex probate and trust administration. Collaborate with the legal team and take ownership of assigned cases. Meet annual billing expectations of 1350-1650 hours.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school with 2-10 years of relevant experience. Licensed to practice law in Texas. Board certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law or willing to become certified within 3 years. Strong communication skills and client-focused approach. Demonstrated interest and passion for estate planning and probate law.
Compensation And Benefits
