Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Laredo, TX for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing calendars, travel, expense reports, and offering executive support. The role also involves everyday administrative assistance tasks and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
