Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator located in Alpharetta, GA. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for assisting in managing various construction projects from inception to completion, estimating costs, preparing bids, and ensuring all tasks are on schedule. Daily tasks include assistant project management, supervision of construction activities, cost estimation, inspection, and assisting with the coordination of materials and logistics.
Qualifications
Project Management and Inspection skills
Experience in Estimation and Cost Analysis
Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management
Strong supervisory and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain safety and compliance with industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in commercial construction preferred
This is a salaried role ranging from $40,000 - $50,000 DOE
