Sacramento, CA . Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation to the Association and Board of Directors on California law and high-rise requirements, including Davis Stirling Act and Civil Codes. Qualifications
At least 3+ years of onsite/dedicated HOA management experience. CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. Strong knowledge of budgets, audits, reserve studies, bidding processes, and governing documents. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective time management and ability to work independently. What We Offer
Competitive salary up to $120K + benefits. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional meetings.
