Epic Grand Central Application Analyst I, II, III - (Open to experienced remote in ID, NE, MO, OK, TX)

Note: Determination for the Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III) roles will be based on experience and qualifications.
Internal applicants or Altera employees working at PIH Health as of May 2025 must obtain Epic certification in the required application/module within 120 days of hire or transfer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the position, but they will be eligible to apply for other internal roles.
External applicants must possess active Epic certification at the time of hire, with proof required.
This position primarily supports Epic applications, specifically Grand Central Patient Flow. The analyst will support workflow design, system build and testing, and analyze technical issues related to Epic and connected software.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of hospital patient flow and capacity management processes

Required Experience
Epic Application Analyst I
- Bachelors degree or clinical license/certification
- 3 years of experience or 4+ years in lieu of degree
- Preferred: Certification in Epic Grand Central, RN degree, experience with PIH workflows
Epic Application Analyst II
- Bachelors degree or clinical license/certification
- 3-7 years of experience or 4+ years in lieu of degree
- Preferred: Epic certification, RN degree, PIH workflow experience
Epic Application Analyst III
- Bachelors degree or clinical license/certification
- 7+ years of experience
- Preferred: Epic certification, RN degree, PIH workflow experience
