Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new dataTake vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
