Housekeeping Aide in Marriott's Kaua'i Beach Club at Marriott Vacations Worldwide

As a Housekeeping Aide at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

As a Housekeeping Aide, a typical day will include:

• Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Delivering guest requests and setting up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
• Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Stripping trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts.
• Ensuring correct inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remain in the rooms/villas.
• Cleaning and maintaining assigned buildings/areas daily.
• Using heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc.
• Stocking linen closets in assigned areas daily with linen and supplies.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Always following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeping Aide at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.
