Fund Finance / Investment Management Associate

for their

Richmond, Tysons, or Fredericksburg, Virginia offices . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a s ophisticated transactional practice

at the crossroads of

private equity, fund formation, and finance, working closely with a diverse client base of fund managers, institutional lenders, and investment advisors . The successful candidate will play an integral role in a collaborative team advising on all aspects of fund-related transactions and investment structures. This includes: Structuring and negotiating subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid loans, and other fund financing arrangements Advising private equity firms, fund sponsors, and asset managers on formation, governance, and regulatory matters Representing institutional lenders in secured lending transactions involving private investment funds Providing guidance on capital raising, investor agreements, and compliance considerations related to fund operations This is a deal-oriented position ideal for attorneys who enjoy working across disciplines, tackling complex financing arrangements, and maintaining a client-facing role.
