This is an excellent role for compassionate, servant leaders who are looking to support a thriving, multi-site team! You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support business operations and team leadership.
This position will be split between Crossroad Animal Hospital and Village Crossroad Animal Hospital, both in Savannah.
Benefits and compensation:
- Compensation: $60k-$70k/year
- Bonus package: $2,000 (CVTs and CVPMs)
- CE allowance: $500 first year, $1000 every year after (CVTs and CVPMs)

- Financial and Operations Management
- Monitor the financial performance of the hospital utilizing key metrics
- Monitor and optimize hospital workflow
- Inventory management, oversee supply orders/repairs
- Develops new and innovative ideas for hospital growth
- Adjusts hospital flow, efficiency, scheduling, and pricing to maintain stability and growth
- Client Engagement and Marketing
- Oversee marketing needs to generate new clients and drive client retention
- Resolve client concerns and disputes
- People Management
- Fosters a respectful workplace culture that supports and values diversity
- Lead and develop a well-rounded team
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Coordinate employee schedule
- Address employee and client conflicts quickly and professionally
- Coordinate regular team meetings and check-ins
- 5+ years of business management experience required
- Veterinary experience is preferred but can be developed.
- Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and servant leadership approach.
- Resilience and adeptness in handling emotionally charged situations.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Experience with team training and supervision.
- Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
Crossroad Animal Hospital and Village Crossroad Animal Hospital proudly serve pets in the Savannah, Georgia area. We have 5.5 doctors across our two locations and we specialize in all areas of pet wellness, from puppies/kittens to senior pets.
