Wages: $25.00 - $27.00 / hr DOE Shifts needed: Friday/Saturday NOC (11:00p - 7:30a) Saturday/Sunday AM (7:00a - 3:30p) What you'll be doing: As our Lead Caregiver/Med Tech for the NOC shift, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized, compassionate care to our residents while ensuring their wellbeing and satisfaction. You’ll lead and mentor our Caregivers, guiding them in providing exceptional support with daily activities and medication management. Your commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration will shine through as you advocate for resident rights and uphold our community values. You’ll communicate effectively with residents and their families, tailor care to individual needs, and participate in the resident care team to enhance their quality of life. About you: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a nursing home or senior living facility as a Med Tech or Lead Caregiver. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required. Working knowledge of electronic medical records systems. Communication skills, observation skills, and knowledge of universal precautions. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work with and lead others.
