Job Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, ensuring deployment aligns with playbooks and blueprints.
Communicate technical solutions effectively across different audiences.
Oversee projects related to special initiatives or operations, ensuring stability, resiliency, and performance of supported systems.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
Translate business requirements into infrastructure/system designs and collaborate with stakeholders for deployment.
Support change management, proactively resolve issues, and manage access provisioning for infrastructure and applications.
Provide consulting to technical partners, execute procedures reliably, and escalate incidents appropriately.
Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and application environments.
Position Summary:
The Network Access Management (NAM) role focuses on securing and controlling access to network resources, collaborating with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to enforce IAM frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-user network access management, including Cisco Wired/Wireless LAN, Palo Alto CloudGenix (SD-WAN).
Provide privileged access reports to senior leadership.
Assist in audit documentation and review access requests and permissions to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with automation teams for reporting and onboarding processes.
Validate impacts of changes and communicate to stakeholders.
Follow governance processes and produce professional documentation.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of networking experience, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
Experience with IAM solutions, Active Directory, Cisco ISE.
Knowledge of IAM policies, standards, and protocols like RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SAML.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in financial services.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, SCRUM, automation tools like Python, Ansible.
Knowledge of network technologies such as WAN, LAN, routing, switching, DDI, load balancing, AAA.
