Pelvic Health Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Full-Time)Full-Time Outpatient Rehab Women's & Pelvic Health Focus Myrtle Beach, SCWe're seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing outpatient rehab program in Myrtle Beach. This is a rare opportunity to specialize in pelvic health within a hospital-based setting, offering 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and career development in a community-centered program that's expanding its women's health services.Highlights of the RoleDedicated pelvic health caseload: prenatal/postpartum, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and cancer-related pelvic floor conditions1-hour appointments with a manageable daily schedule (no high-volume churn)Mentorship + certification support: Funding for Herman & Wallace Level I and II courses (valued at $5,000 each) plus comp time for CEUsGrowth trajectory: Women's Health hospital wing opening in 2026 (48 beds expanding to 150), providing increasing referrals and career opportunitiesFlexible hours: Full-time 40 hrs/week (option for 30 hrs pelvic health + 10 hrs general outpatient if desired)Day-to-DayEvaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions, prenatal/postpartum needs, and chronic pelvic painCollaborate with local OB/GYNs and primary care providers for coordinated patient careWork closely with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues in a supportive outpatient rehab teamParticipate in community outreach and women's health program development if interestedCompensation & PerksCompetitive salary (experience-based)$15,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) or student loan repayment optionsRelocation assistance available (up to $7,500)Loan forgiveness: $7,500/year up to 7 years for qualifying PTs20 days PTO to start, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsAnnual CEU allowance ($500) + MedBridge subscriptionWho We're Looking ForLicensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)Pelvic health training, certification, or strong interest in specializing (new grads considered)Collaborative and patient-centered, eager to grow within a hospital-based outpatient programAbout Nealy PierceNealy Pierce partners with leading hospitals and outpatient programs nationwide to connect PTs, OTs, and SLPs with career-defining opportunities.
