Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to fill a
multi-faceted role
supporting our wholesale operations in
technical training, service support, and parts management .
Key Responsibilities
HVAC Technical Trainer
Develop and conduct hands-on and classroom training for residential (1.5–5 tons) and light commercial systems (3–25 tons) Train service technicians on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and best practices Help build-out state of the art training room Attend manufacturer training and maintain certifications Stay current on evolving technologies and equipment
Service Support Specialist
Provide technical phone assistance to customer field techs Help diagnose and resolve performance issues on HVAC systems Occasionally troubleshoot systems in the field with customer filed techs Act as a liaison between our manufacturers, sales team, and customers
Parts Manager
Work with management to develop parts program Oversee HVAC parts inventory and assist procurement team Train sales and counter teams Manage warranty parts with customer support team and manufacturers
Qualifications
Five + (5) years HVAC field experience (service, install, or support) Education/Experience – associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Strong knowledge of 1.5–5 ton residential and 3–25 ton light commercial systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Leadership and training experience preferred Must pass pre-hire requirements including background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening. Must possess valid drivers’ license. Must possess EPA mandated card for safe refrigerant handling. Universal certification preferred. NATE a plus.
