This is a contractor role with expectations of at least 15-20 hours of work per week. This role will include: Building Email CRM (ActionKit, Mailchimp, ActionNetwork, NGP, Switchboard, Scale to Win, etc) reports for targeting & reviewing results High level of understanding of data engineering and modeling best practices Help develop and modify automated workflows for our team Maintaining, updating, and building new Google Looker Studio reports Regularly reviewing deliverability-related reports (internal reporting, Google Postmaster, etc) and providing email targeting recommendations Maintaining & updating HTML/CSS email wrappers in ActionKit (and potentially NGP) Maintaining & updating our internal team Notion workspace Ensuring data accuracy in our reporting platform Supporting the email team on various tech-related tasks & projects, including list uploads & cleaning, general targeting strategy, ActionKit/Mailchimp/NGP reporting, etc About VNCS VNCS is a Democratic digital strategy firm with offices in Brooklyn, NY, and Washington, D.C.
