We're looking for a Release Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of DevOps, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. In this critical role, you'll design, maintain, and optimize automated release pipelines that power fast, scalable, and reliable software deployments. If you're a problem-solver with a strong scripting background and a knack for leading seamless releases across cloud and hybrid environments—read on. What You’ll Do As a Release Automation Engineer, you’ll: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient, secure, and repeatable delivery. Collaborate with development, QA, product, and infrastructure teams to coordinate software releases—from minor patches to major deployments. Implement modern release strategies like canary and blue/green deployments. Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Drive monitoring, logging, and incident response for deployments and production environments. Champion DevOps practices and foster a culture of continuous delivery and collaboration. 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or similar. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Deep knowledge of Git workflows, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (especially Azure). A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfort working across Windows and Linux environments. Bonus: Familiarity with DORA metrics, microservices, and compliance-heavy environments.
