The Lead Analyst will work very closely under the BISO to ensure the security of our business operations, information assets, and technology infrastructure. This position requires a strategic thinker with a technical and analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive effective information security practices.
In this role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes one day of work from home and four assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX.What we need in you:For this Lead Analyst position, we need someone with a cyber security and analytics background to come in and support the BISO across different business groups to ensure the security of our organization.What you’ll do:Strategic Leadership: Work under the BISO to help support and provide strategic direction and oversight for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's information security strategy, policies, and programs aligned with business goalsMaintain records and build reports based on findings across different business groups.Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the organization's security posture, incidents, trends, and emerging threatsRisk Management: Identify, assess, and manage information security risks, working closely with business units to develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsIncident Response: Support the incident response team in effectively managing and mitigating cybersecurity incidents, ensuring prompt response and resolutionSecurity Awareness: Help to develop and implement security awareness and training programs to educate employees about security policies, procedures, and best practicesCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security into business processes and projectsVendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors' security posture to ensure they meet Frontier's security requirementsGovernance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations (such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and internal policies through regular audits and assessmentsSecurity Architecture: Participate in the design and review of security architectures, providing recommendations for secure system implementationsSecurity Monitoring: Oversee the implementation and management of security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security threats in real-timeWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
