Provide Office 365 management and administration for end-user services such as e-mail, Teams, office applications, and SSO applications.Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Servers and applications.Responsible for setup, maintenance, and validation of all server and system backups.Disaster recovery planning and testing, including build-out of documentation and runbooks.Monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems and taking proactive measures to ensure continued operations.Conference room technology management & support.Continue to update and build out documentation for all IT processes and procedures.Mentoring the help desk team on more complex issues that arise from end-user support.Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in System Administration.Expert knowledge of Office 365 & Microsoft Windows technologies.Strong knowledge of backup and data protection methodologies.Experience supporting and managing small to mid-size office networks.Eager to learn new technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.Technologies
