Job Description
The DeLong Co., Inc. is seeking individuals to assist in the office of our wholesale division in an efficient and timely manner. Qualified individuals must have a positive attitude toward Employee Team-Work and a strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete order entry from invoices via fax, email and phone and file accordingly.Monitor back orders, sorting them and canceling orders as needed.Assist in the mailing process, including applying labels and stuffing envelopes as needed.Assist with invoicing of wholesale orders, including sorting and mailing invoices.Assist with filing various documents for accounts receivable and payable.Complete various deposits, fill out deposit slips, ensure information is entered correctly into the system.Other various office duties as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a positive attitudeStrong work ethicAble to multi-task and be professional under pressureAttention to detail and aptitude with numbersWell-OrganizedProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood attention to housekeepingHigh School diploma for equivalentAbility to sit for long periods of time in an office setting.
