Job Description
Busy contracting office is looking for a talented individual to bolster our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of all aspects of projects from lead contact through installation
- Tracking marketing sources of incoming leads
- Heavy phone and email contact with customers
- Scheduling estimates and installations
- Permitting of all projects as necessary
- Utility mark-out coordination
- Assisting in sales and customer relationship efforts by following up on estimates and installations
- Able to see areas lacking and willing to pitch in to ensure success
- Other tasks as assigned
To be considered for this position, you should be:
- Reliable as this role is an integral part of our operations
- Able to understand and logically maintain scheduled appointments
- Able to prioritize independently and multi-task effectively
- Professional, articulate, concise, and patient while interacting with customers on the phone
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), internet and general computer use
- Organized and a quick learner
Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed to complete work tasks. Paid vacation, sick and holidays, health benefits, 401k.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 and up depending upon experience
