Job Description
Job Description
We are looking at expanding our accounting team! As a dealership accounting specialist, you will be responsible for managing our dealership's financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate would have general knowledge in accounting and experience working with a dealership management system.
Pay Range $20-$25 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with general accounting duties as needed
Processing car deal-related transactions
Reconciling accounts and schedules
Verifying the accuracy of documents
Preparing and mailing checks if needed
Provide backup to other staff when necessary and assigned by the direct supervisor
Scan dealership documentation into electronic record-keeping system
Other accounting duties assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
Previous experience in a automotive dealership preferred.
High organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
