Using technology as an enabler, The Talent Acquisition Operations & Excellence team drives transformation and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition organization, with a keen focus on operational excellence, quality data and stakeholder experience.


The Program Manager, TA Enablement & Tech Platforms will lead highly complex TA technology projects and initiatives, playing a critical role in optimizing our Talent Acquisition tech stack.  This global role will act as a designer, driving business process and technical requirements, a product manager, ensuring solutions deliver the optimum experience, and as a project manager, holding vendors and stakeholders accountable to timelines and budgets.  The Program Manager, TA Enablement & Tech Platforms will engage with all levels of Talent Acquisition users and stakeholders and work closely with IT and HRIS partners to ensure the successful delivery and operation of TA tech platforms.


This role will develop, implement, and maintain multiple programs independently, as well as cross collaborate on large scale, cross-functional initiatives.  The Program Manager, TA Enablement & Tech Platforms will ensure the optimization of our existing TA technology and also drive new vendor onboarding and tech/tools implementations with the end goal to enable Visa Global Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top tier talent around the world. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive program goals and provide project management support, including defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing protocols, documentation, KPIs, and communications for rollout

  • Develop and manage comprehensive view of current TA tech stack and the associated backlog of product enhancements, with ability to prioritize based on business needs

  • Establish and maintain proper governance across all TA tech platforms, globally

  • Define a TA technology vision and roadmap that drives innovation, process automation and improved experiences fit to business requirements, partnering closely with HR, IT and vendors

  • Influence stakeholders by leveraging data, business acumen and industry knowledge/market research

  • Interface with key partners and vendors, ensuring that they understand project deliverables, meeting timing and cost deadlines and collaborating with internal project stakeholders

  • Engage with a broad set of stakeholders to ensure the programs and processes are aligned to the organization’s priorities and goals

  • Provide process and technical support for existing systems and process, including troubleshooting issues and responding to end user inquiries

  • Serve as thought partner and manage the infrastructure integration (process/systems) for M&As

  • Manage all system enhancements, new release planning and roadmap strategy/prioritization and all associated change management efforts

  • Be a thought partner in developing programs to enhance the TA organization and the candidate and stakeholder experience

  • Partner with broader TA Operations team and contributing teams on other initiatives and projects 

  • Partner with global departments ie legal, compliance, technology, HR etc on other initiates and projects


This position open to candidates in the following locations: Austin, TX, New York, NY, and Atlanta, GA.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.


Basic Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience (enterprise software, project or program management) with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification or PMP training completed
• 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience with
an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
• 5+ years of project management experience in HR, HRIS, TA space with proven track record of building and executing multiple programs and managing stakeholders from project conception through implementation
• Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
• Passion for developing and delivering solutions that deliver best in class experiences
• Strong leadership presence with ability to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders
• Team player, ability to drive tactical and strategic activities in parallel, and able to thrive in fast-paced environment where
tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
• Self-driven, agile and able to work in ambiguous situations at a global scale
• Lucid Chart/Lucid Spark and Vizio experience

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
